Easy to Use
During the development of the application, special attention was paid to user-friendliness. E.g. you are able to choose between a simple and advanced search mode.
Search within Documents
The content of documents will be indexed, so the search will find the document if the search term is found in it. It will not just search for filenames.
File Format Support
More than 90 document & media formats are already supported, more formats will be added in future versions. The tool will also index the files in a variety of compressed archives.
Preview
The search results within the documents will be shown as preview. The search term is highlighted and it is possible to search for other terms in the preview document and to copy excerpts to the clipboard.
Data Privacy
All documents and indices are stored locally on your computer. No data is ever transferred to the internet.
